Flood Warning RSS feeds - Terms and conditions

Our standard website terms and conditions (the “Website Terms”) apply to your use of the Environment Agency’s Flood Warning RSS feeds. Both the Website Terms and these Terms of Use may be changed by the Environment Agency at any time without notice.

In addition to ensuring that you comply with the Website Terms, you should also note that:

  • Our Flood Warning RSS feeds are free services offered for personal and non-commercial use only.  Any other uses, including without limitation the incorporation by you or any third party of advertising into or the placement of advertising associated with or targeted towards the content of our Flood Warning RSS feeds (the “RSS Content”), are strictly prohibited.
