How we make our website work for disabled users

The Environment Agency is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability.

We continually review our site to ensure that there are no accessibility problems for its users and we are also working towards achieving Shaw Trust accessibility accreditation. This means that the site will be tested by users with a variety of disabilities and will undergo a thorough technical audit. The accessibility standards that we aim to reach are level Double-A of the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0.

In the meantime should you experience any difficulty in accessing the Environment Agency website, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
